The Chrome, finally on the silhouette it deserves. Originally released in 2002 on the Jordan 6 Low, the Air Jordan 6 Retro ‘Chrome’ (2022) brings this popular colourway back in November 2022 on the model’s original mid-top form — identical colour-blocking to the 2002 version, now where it belongs.
A black synthetic nubuck upper provides the dark, premium base, cut through by Metallic Silver “Chrome” accents that define the design. Chrome hits land on the mudguard above the visible Air cushioning unit in the heel and on the forefoot, delivering the high-contrast, two-tone look the colourway is celebrated for. A Metallic Silver Jumpman on the tongue carries the chrome theme upward, while “23” branding beneath a black embroidered Jumpman on the heel adds a layered, collector-friendly detail. A small silver Jumpman on the lace toggle ties the chrome accents together throughout.
